Reward card redemption: Will be sent a letter with redemption requirements to billing service address. Redemption required within 60 days from reward notification mail date. Customer must have active service in good standing for a minimum of 60 consecutive calendar days to qualify. Card delivered within 3-4 weeks after redemption to customers who maintain qualifying services through reward fulfillment. Card expires at month-end 6 months after issuance.
